Thanks to our training and experience in law, economics and accounting, we are in the best position to provide comprehensive legal services and advice to Czech and foreign businesses, companies and individuals. Our clients also include municipalities and real estate agents.

While we advise on every aspect of the law, our specialization lies in civil, business, financial and criminal law. We also frequently provide high-quality legal services in the fields of real property and family law.

 

Our story

Thanks to our training and experience in law, economics and accounting, we are in the best position to provide comprehensive legal services and advice to Czech and foreign businesses, companies and individuals. Our clients also include municipalities and real estate agents.


We advise on every aspect of the law. Since our legal services are comprehensive, we deal with both legal as well as accounting and financial aspects of our client’s issues. For example, we will handle both legal and tax issues involved in real property transfers.

 

To be able to provide our clients with the most comprehensive services possible, we work with tax and accounting consultants (SMETANOVÁ & PARTNERS, s.r.o., https://smpartners.smetanova.cz), experts, auditors, translators and interpreters, notaries (JUDr. Vlasta Audyová, www.notarvolomouci.com, and JUDr. Irena Bischofová, www.i-notar.cz), private law enforcement agents (Mgr. Jan Svoboda, www.exekutor-svoboda.cz), as well as real estate agents and auction companies both in the Czech Republic and abroad. We further cooperate with companies offering ready-made companies (ready made – s.r.o.) – (www.matosgroup.cz) and a provider of virtual registered offices (www.officehouseolomouc.cz).

 

We are flexible as to the needs and requirements of our clients. We want to accommodate all the needs of our clients, so we are ready to provide legal services even outside the premises of our law firm virtually at any time; we are able to communicate with our clients in German or English, be it in person, or using videoconferences, chat or Skype.

We strive for happy clients who can rely on our around-the-clock professional services.

Our goal is to save our clients’ time, money and stress. Should a dispute arise, we try to reach an agreement with the opposing party in the first place. If such an agreement is not a viable option, we forcefully defend our client’s rights using all remedies available under applicable legislation.

Attorney–client privilege

The relationship between a client and an attorney should be based on trust. Clients should not withhold anything relevant for their case from their attorney. An attorney-client privilege applies to anything communicated by the client.

It is precisely the attorney-client privilege and loyalty that is a priority for us. All this makes it possible for us to build a relationship of trust between us and our clients. Thanks to such trust, we are in a position to provide our clients with high-quality legal services.

The attorney-client privilege also prevents us from disclosing the names of our clients in the presentation of our law firm.

 

The arrangements with our clients may have different forms:

  • cooperation on a case-by-case basis with hourly fees, fixed fees for individual jobs or fees expressed as a percentage of the transaction value,
  • a long-term legal services agreement. In such a case, the fees are agreed as hourly fees or as a flat rate.
 

The details of the provision of the services and the remuneration are agreed with the client in advance.

 

We believe that continuing professional development is a must for any lawyer. This involves not only monitoring changes in legislation, but also new case law. In other words, what was true yesterday may not be true today. It is also of paramount importance to follow developments in legislation and monitor what legislation will come into effect and when. Thus, we are able to tell our clients whether some steps they plan to take should be taken as soon as possible, or whether they should be delayed.
